The "Sainik Welfare Housing Scheme" was launched by the India land Investment under the mentor ship of Commander( Retd) Alok Srivastava , who had a vision to provide affordable housing options to Armed Forces and Para Military Personnel. The concept is to be a medium through which the Armed Forces and Para Military Personnel could be provided with houses in various locations all over India at a discounted prices and on favorable payment options.

We are focusing only those housing options which are in the range of 10-15 lacs for the Air warriors/ sailors / Jawans and less than 30 lacs for Officers .

"Sainik Welfare Housing Scheme" is a scheme that not only provides you housing but also takes care of all your additional requirements for which you don't have time as you are posted in remote locations and it is not possible for you to the keep a track of your property . We also ensure that till the time all the paperwork is done and the property is registered in your name , we are with you .
